Complete Automation process of 354 units of ESDV (Emergency Shut-Down Valve ) for Industrial Furnaces in a refinery located in the Western Asia.

· ACTUATOR: Scotch & Yoke, pneumatic spring return
· FILTER REGULATOR
· SOLENOID VALVE 3/2WAYS - BODY SS316 - 24VDC - 2W - Exd IIC T4 - 1/4" NPT)
· POSITIONER with PST function & POSITION TRASMITTER -
· LIMIT SWITCH : (Aluminium housing, 2xSPDT GO switches, Exd IIC T4, position indicator Green/Red)
· FIREPROOFING for automation

All Assembly & Calibration process has been done at Pekos Automation in Montmeló.
