New Multiple Test Bench

We have recently installed our new test bench in Zarátamo, composed by 2 modules with 5 stations each one.
Each module is operated by its own control unit and can work separately. The sizing and rating parameters are set up in the control unit which provides the results of the 5 working stations.
The test bench is prepared for pneumatic and hydraulic automatic testing for body and seats, capable to test up to 5 valves at the same time with no need of an exhaustive test monitor from the operator. In case of leakage, the test bench fires a red beacon alarm, and shows in the unit control which valve and its parts are leaking, stopping the test only for that valve.

Pneumatic 6bar and 20bar
Hydraulic from 5 bar to 100 bar

DIN DN15-100 F4-F1 / PN16-40
ANSI ½” – 4” / CL150-300

With this new investment in production, we have doubled our testing capacity in standard valves. And we will try to increase our stock volumes, as everybody has noticed our stocks on-line are in low levels because our nice 2019 “problem”, a 35 % increase order book….
