Outstanding Season for the Koivu Team, Sponsored by Pekos Valves

The Ski and Triathlon Team continues to shine with exceptional performances in major competitions. This summer, the athletes delivered remarkable results, solidifying their status as rising stars in the sport.

The standout moment came from Väinö, who claimed victory in the Säkylä youth series and recorded the fastest time of the day across all age groups. His achievement is a testament to his hard work and ability to compete at the highest level.

Meanwhile, Toivo has had an exceptional year, securing first place in the M15 Finnish Championship Duathlon and first place in the M15 Finnish Championship Triathlon.

For the upcoming season, Toivo is setting ambitious goals, aiming for gold in the Finnish Championship sprint race and a top three finish in the normal distances. Väinö is also preparing to impress with strong performances in both national and regional competitions.
